Registration

This information pertains to the registration process for ICICH 2025, which will be held on the 19th and 20th of September 2025. The inauguration ceremony will take place on 19th September from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Senate Board Room of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, followed by conference sessions continuing into the second day.

It is compulsory for one of the authors to register as the presenting author by paying the registration fee on or before 10th August 2025 in order for the abstract to be included in the Proceedings Book. Please note that on-site payments will not be accepted.

The conference will accommodate both physical and online presentations.

Until the official conference program and presentation guidelines are released, we kindly request you to complete the following form and upload your payment slip according to your category.

Please note the following important information:
– The presenting author must pay the conference registration fee.
– If any of the co-authors wish to attend the conference physically, they must register individually.
– This is not required for co-authors who do not wish to attend in person (i.e., virtual participants).
– The registration fee includes: Refreshments (including lunch), Conference bag and certificates. 
– Soft copy of the abstract book will be shared among all the presenters.

Students of the USJ/Local Students– LKR 3000 (Student ID required)
Local Participants – LKR 4000
Foreign Participants – LKR 6000 (Applicable to all non-Sri Lankan students and participants.)

Full Paper Publications

Authors presenting at ICICH 2025 will be invited to submit their full papers to the Journal of Intangible Cultural Heritage after the conference.
